Niniejszy regulamin, określa warunki i zasady na jakich odbywa się promocja pod nazwą „darmowa wysyłka powyżej 350 PLN”.
2. Organizatorem Promocji jest AGES SP. Z O.O. siedzibą we Wrocławiu, adres: ul. Wschodnia 14-16, 55-330 Źródła
Promocja jest prowadzona za pośrednictwem sklepu internetowego stonesgarden.pl (dalej również: „Sklep”).
3. Promocja rozpoczyna się w dniu 01.01.2020 r. i trwa do odwołania.
4. Skorzystanie z promocji następuje poprzez zamówienie i opłacenie zamówienia zawierającego przynajmniej jeden produkt.
5. Darmowa wysyłka produktów dotyczy przynajmniej jednej jego sztuki przekraczając kwotę 350 PLN
6. Klient może skorzystać z promocji wiele razy.
7. Promocja dotyczy wyłącznie wybranych produktów dostępnych, opublikowanych na stronie https://stonesgarden.pl
8. Promocja nie dotyczy formy płatności za pobraniem, wysyłki paletowej i zagranicznej
9. Promocja nie łączy się z innymi akcjami promocyjnymi, w szczególności z kodami rabatowymi.
10. W przypadku prawidłowego skorzystania przez Klienta z Promocji, Organizator zrealizuje zamówienie Klienta zawierające produkty/produkty z darmową wysyłką. W przypadku anulowania zamówienia w całości z przyczyn leżących po stronie Klienta, Klientowi przysługuje prawo ponownego skorzystania z Promocji.
11. Rabatu nie można wymienić na ekwiwalent pieniężny ani rzeczowy.
12. Organizator nie odpowiada za nieprawidłowe korzystanie z Promocji.
13. Promocja kierowana jest do klientów Sklepu będących konsumentami w rozumieniu właściwych przepisów Kodeksu cywilnego i nie obejmuje sprzedaży hurtowej.
14. Dane osobowe uczestników Promocji będą wykorzystywane w oparciu o obowiązujące przepisy prawa w szczególności Rozporządzenie Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE oraz ustawę z dnia 10 maja 2018 r. o ochronie danych osobowych.
15. Promocja dotyczy produktów możliwych do wysłania za pomocą przewoźnika Paczka w ruchu. Zastrzegamy możliwość wyłączenia z promocji części asortymentu ze względu na wagę i gabaryt produktu.
